1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using farmapram.us (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and to purchase medications. By placing an order you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the medication in your jurisdiction and that you hold a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider.
3. Prescription Requirement
All medications sold on this Site are prescription-only controlled substances (Schedule IV under the Controlled Substances Act). A valid, unexpired prescription from a DEA-licensed physician is required for every order. Submitting a fraudulent, altered, or forged prescription is a federal crime. We verify all prescriptions with the prescribing physician before dispensing. Orders with unverifiable prescriptions will be cancelled and refunded.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@farmapram.us if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
5. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or inability to verify a prescription.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
Cryptocurrency Payments
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), USDT, and Monero (XMR). A 5% discount is automatically applied to crypto orders. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you send an incorrect amount, contact us immediately with your transaction ID (TXID). Do not send a second payment without contacting us first.
Payment Security
We do not store credit card or banking credentials. Cryptocurrency wallet addresses provided to you are unique per order. Never send payment to an address not directly provided by our team.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of prescription verification. Shipping times vary: 3â5 business days domestically (USPS Priority), 7â14 business days internationally.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no pharmacy names or medication descriptions on the exterior.
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will reship or issue a full refund.
International Orders
You are responsible for ensuring the medication is legal to import in your country. We are not liable for packages seized by customs. In such cases, we will offer a partial credit at our discretion.
7. Returns & Refund Policy
Money-Back Guarantee
If your order does not arrive, we offer a full refund or free reship â your choice. This guarantee applies to orders lost in transit as confirmed by carrier data.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reship or refund at our discretion.
No Returns on Medication
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications that have already been dispensed and shipped.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 3â5 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued at the exchange rate on the date of refund, not the date of purchase.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) purchase medications on behalf of another person without their valid prescription; (b) resell medications obtained from this Site; (c) submit false, altered, or forged prescriptions; (d) use automated systems to access or scrape the Site; (e) attempt to circumvent our security systems; or (f) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

FarmapramRx pharmacists can answer questions about your prescription but cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARMAPRAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED HEREIN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THAT CLAIM.
